The brother in law took all of us to an amazing forest to look for and feed wild boars.
We did got to see them, whole familys of wild boars. Very close, it was awesome and a
bit frightening. And I didin´t bring the camera. I did bring it to the forest cottage
afterwards though. It was a very mixed emotion experience.

Uh, läbbigt med uppstoppade djur.
Elisabeth, har du sett det här fina cross-stitch-projektet av James Goggin?

Christoffer, nej det hade jag inte sett. Ser fantastiskt ut, tack för tipset!
Uh, riktigt hemskt :/
I understand the mixed emotion...It's beautiful but creepy!
Ett rum fullt med lik. Isch.
And I understand why...
what a wonderful sounding day out. i would love to see and feed wild boar! lucky you!
so sad, but so oddly beautiful.
i adore your blog. i want to live in it ;o;
you really are living on the edge at the moment elisabeth ! ...be careful :)
I can imagine that you found that cottage a bit overwhelming and not the way you would have it .
I can see how it would have been hard to be in a room with so many dead animals... kind of creepy really... and yet I have some animal horns mounted in my work room. Maybe it's a matter of volume? K
Kyile, it probably is. We have animal horns in the studio, a little one. It´s very beautiful, but when you think about what it is it´s kind of brutal.
a bit scary, a house filled with skulls.
Wow cute! Little baby boar.
It's strange that I just found this post. My boyfriend killed a deer tonight... for food. And he was quite upset by the whole process, though he's done it before. I just now saw the deer myself, and am left with such a strange feeling. Such a beautiful creature. It's fur so thick and eyes so deep-black. But I am also thankful that I will not have to buy more meat from the grocery store for a while. (American meat practices are absolutely horrible.)
Wow! These are amazing!!
