It´s certainly is autumn/winter. But that doesn´t prevent me from dreaming of the forever wished-for
summer house. So I´m still browsing the house sites. I was quite surprised to see that this beautiful
mission church/summer house dream
still is out there, for sale.

It was the first (and still the only) house that we actually looked at and visit in "real life". Maybe some of you
remember the adventure we had in mars. Read about it here and a couple of more photos here.

Maybe in next life.

What a lovely 'yard' you have, the land looks like it goes on forever! My dream home would be to have that much space to plant things and roam around in:)

SO beautiful Elisabeth.
I am lucky enough to live in my dream summer house. But of course I get longings for urban life! Especially in winter. :-)

ojoj, ja det vore nåt. så fint!
vissa hus glömmer man aldrig.

blev snopen och kände "VILLHA" när vi fann att detta var till salut IGEN nyligen, BILLIT...varför? Spöken?

Tyvärr fel läge för oss...men ack...never forget.

i completely understand...
we rented a summerhouse with friends for 1,5 years and then had to give it up this spring because we weren't able to spend enough time there due to our unstable 2-freelancer-household, so in the end the bill was far too high...
i am still mourning and miss it & so does my daughter!
but hey, maybe there will be another opportunity for both of us.
Sometimes dreams come true!

This house is way cheaper than what a summer house would cost here. One that is close enough to a big city. I am perplexed, disappointed with where I live and surprised.

Lisen, ja man kan ju undra. Det där ser ju också ut att vara en skatt av rang.

Bohemian, yes it´s cheap. But still too expensive for a freelancer salary. And a bit too far away from us. Mostly because of bad slow roads. Next time I´ll win the lottery, I hope :)

well... you have to keep wishing and dreaming... and someday it will become true! And if it doesn't... you'll still have a dream of it and nobody can't take that away from you.
Gosh that sounds sugary ... :) but it's true :)))

We should start a summer house-for-elisabeth-fund for you, just to be able to see the magic you would bring us when laying your hands on it ;)

Beautiful, beautiful house, and cheap too compared to French prices. I know the grass is always greener on the other side... but I'd love to go and live in Sweden for a while. Spent two long summers there when I was younger, in orebro and Stockholm, and it was wonderful.
Keep looking (good excuse to browse those real estate sites :)I'm sure you'll find somwhere nice eventually.

I think you would be happier if you did it in this life :)

Think about it...you could have a garden year-round, be constantly inspired to make things... Living in the country is bliss.
