Adventure

We had a small adventure this weekend, when we drove up north to look at a summer house (and to sleep over).

Through fog and darkness we reached our destination late yesterday evening, an old missionary church. To our surprise there was no heat, or water turned on in the house. With the temperature a couple of degrees below zero (we had steam from our breaths indoors) we wasen´t sure at first, if it was such a good idea to sleep over. But since it was late, the fog + the kids really didin´t want to leave we decided to stay. By squeezing us all down in the same bed, and with several blankets, coverings and all our clothes on, jeans, sweathers, caps, scarfs - all of it, we manage to get some sleep, and to keep eachother warm :)

Summary: The first summer house dream we´ve looked at in real life was an awesome house, built in 1893. Airy spaces, rough details, "real" materials - just as I like it. But unfortunately it´s location felt a bit too far away for us.

Vilket fint hus och vackra bilder!
Gillar speciellt nr.2.
