Had such a nice breakfast meeting today with this lovely lady, Carina, the founder and dressmaker of Malinka.
Homemade scones, homemade marmalade and handmade dresses. All of it, so very delicate and inspiring.

Have you seen Vivien McDermid beautifully and award winning illustrated story is about motherhood?
See it online here.

Grannysquare blanket IV, by Sandra Juto.

You can still take part in SMALLable's giveaway, the winner will be choosed on sunday.

Happy friday!

Carina is a lovely lady. And I've had my eye on that S.J. afghan for a while. I just today bought yarn (all shades of blue and cream) for my own granny square afghan. Nice to be inspired!

Vivien McDermid's story was very beautifully painted, but the runner up story about the Bagnold's Summer was hilarious.
