The best part about that house (besides the light) is the not-too-fancy furniture, as if real people live there. The house is ready for living. Love it.

Oh this one definitely has potential! I LOVE Swedish summer houses with traditional red paint and a sauna house. Tell you what, you buy it and we'll swap - you can come here to the south of France and I'll spend a week in the Swedish countryside...deams...(ps I've subscribed to the greenacres site, there was a beautiful vicarage for sale a while ago)

I checked the exchange rate and it is about $96,000, a steal! And oh so lovely. Can't find anything with in 4 hours of NYC any where near that price. But I am not sure where it is in Sweden...
I'll write this on my wishlist for santa! I was good this year...
