Ooh, I would love to talk food with you :) My whole family is vegetarian which I think has helped me broaden my horizons-I use more meat substitutes (I love Quorn brand) then I do actual meat. Spaghetti squash with a some butter and garlic is delicious and usually liked by the kids too.

..jag borde med äta mer...o fler...oftare..särskilt grönt. frukt är enklare. frukt i "båtform" är alltid lite kalasigare än att köra "äta-tills-det-blir-ett-skrutt-metoden".
When skies are grey, that spaghetti squash sounds really great, have to try! Quorn is a favorite here too, easy to use and very good in right context.
