Lilly is her name, she´s a gerbil and she came to us this summer. Tovalisa have been wanting her own animal for
a long, long time. A dog of course. One day I hope. I never had an animal when I was a kid. My husband did, and
he´s the one who don´t think it is a good idea.

I have very mixed feelings about cage animals. But now we have one, she´s nice.

I bought a dog for my son, he is 7... It's a lot of work at the beginning, but they are best friends and it's worth

I have very fond memories of the gerbils I had as a kid - I now too worry about the cage issue but I loved it at the time!

oh so beautiful the first picture!
a dog is so so nice, but i must say i also don't know if it's good to keep one, you need so much time... if you can take it to your work it's perfect but if it has to be left alone all day it's really sad.

My husband and I had a gerbil when we lived in an apartment. Her name was Chompy and she lived for three and a half years! Sweet little creature. :)

Can't even imagine a life without dogs (and kids!)
It's the best combination. So many, often humbling lessons to be gained from life with animals. I might have another chat with the Mr. :-)

Precious! I remember my sister's hamster Patches. Animals are beloved companions for me and I can't imagine my home without Buster and Bartleby, my kitties :)

Dog's are pretty difficult to take care for when you are child, so unless parents are helping then maybe a cat is easier cause you dont have to take them for walks and they are pretty independent. Although now you have such a cute pet!
