some of my most treasured finds are old embroideries....you too love them I can see ,each stitch is considered like a drawing or collage .....and the places are like from the imagination .

my mother has several large embroidery pictures she made during her younger years > one in particular is especially amazing: sunflowers on their stalks measuring five feet long!

Åh vad glad jag är att du tagit hand om detta fina lilla verk. Det gör lite ont i mitt hjärta varje gång jag ser tålmodigt arbetade broderier, spetsar och annat handarbete ligga i fyndlådor på loppisar där allt kostar ett par kronor. Pay some respect liksom!
