i think it can be kind of scary for parents to see kids absorbed in that world, but how much i loved it, when it was me who was the kid. Such joy those horses could bring and i remember feeling totally grown up.
Ooh whats with the dots. They are so cool... I am currently researching for a photo series I am planning on doing, based around the theme of childhood and how we (I) long to have the innocence and fantasies of being a child, like for example making a cubby house under sheets, and horses, and treehouses. It's all very nostalgic.
oh yes, the world of young girls and ponies! we have matching ponies, ours is called Poppy and has just a few dots on her bum but otherwise all white. she is the sweetest creature. enjoy!
the shot of the horses in the pasture has such a beautiful, timeless quality, and you can just feel the richness of early spring in that tender burgeoning foliage. gorgeous.

Jag hälsade på min första häst igår, också vit, endast 109 cm hög och i samma ålder som jag själv..vilka minnen vi har ihop!
