Yes, I find the rare sighting of guys who knit so awesome! There is a blogger I follow - a college student who knits, This Boy Knits at http://thisboyknits.blogspot.com/ He's quite endearing. :)
On the Titicaca Lake in Peru there is an island where all men knit. They are so used to it that they can do it all the time and don't need to think about it. The knits they make are full of colour changes and patterns though. Wish I could be as productive :)
I wish we had an easy way to buy those shirts in the US! My father loves them.
