  13. Can you explain how this all works? I'm so confused! Here, in Canada, you would bid on the house, arrange financing, then, if you got the house, move in a while later after legal/financial/municipal arrangements are all said and done.

What part of the planet is this dreamy house on and how is it possible that you are already living in it?

p.s. Congratulations. It always makes me happy to see somebody so in love.

  15. Oh the bath! I have been bathing in a similar one. We lived in an old house when i was a kid, and that kind of bath we had n our sauna/bastu/laundry cottage in the yard.

The house is a dream. It is. You live in a dream!

  18. Tara, it the same here - we bid and arrange the financial. Then (usually) after a while move in. In this case everything was arranged very fast. This deal was the fastest one our broker had experienced under her career. It took 6 days from I saw the ad on the net to we moved in! Crazy :) The house, which is our summer house, is laying in småland/Sweden. We don't ever want to leave but unfortunately we have to soon. Work is waiting.
