I remember playing with these paper balloons when i was a little girl growing up in Sydney. My parents had a Japanese exchange student come to stay who spoke no English but he taught me to count in Japanese just through miming the words - Ichi Nee San Shi Go ("Itchy Knee, the Sun She Goes...") - and i have never forgotten them! How funny to see this little reminder in Sweden now - it's a very little world when you think about it.....
