Cold, grey and dull, but sunshine as soon as I stepped in to her studio. Not so much on the sky as in my mind. Marianne Hallberg is her name. She makes playful thin stoneware ceramics, painted in white and cobalt blue lines. I´m a big fan, I´m sure you understand why. More photos here.

Anticlimax

Spring last year, I got a call from director Ruben Östlund who wanted me to do the filmposter for his new film, De Ofrivilliga. It was a great assignment, free, fun, a very interesting process to follow the development with the film and a greatful task for me reciving positive feedback from Ruben. When the poster was almost ready the film distributor decided not to go with the directors plan but to use a photo from the film instead. So the poster was never used, but as said, a very fun assignment. Click to see it bigger.

The movie had premiere in november last year, we were there. It´s an outstanding movie, see it.

Alone with twelve kids and a birthday party. Saved some crocodiles, didin´t photograph much.

The kid´s clothing brand, BOBO CHOSES looks all great in my eyes. And so does the collecion name, “The Englishman & the Sitting Bull”.

The clothes are produced in a workshop-school in Dinaspur, Bangladesh, 10% of the profits are reinvested in the school itself. Read more about it at here.

The kids has climate theme in shcool this week and have emptied our store with saved and found plastic, metall and textile pieces. Their mission – build new of old. Looking forward to see what the week will bring.

The second hand store.
