On our way

Lovely weather and a lot of sun in Sweden right now. And like last year, everybody is wearing these kind of clogs. Me and my friend Mia too. Tomorrow I´m of to Stockholm, for the show. See you in a couple of days!

Circus Violet!

I will have to torture you the next couple of days with photos from Studio Violet´s new collection, who is now launched! Feels so good to finally be able to show you as a whole, what Camilla and I have been working with for the last couple of months.

Our new Circus Violet collection contains re-used porcelain made for a show at Karin Erikssons gallery/shop Manos in Stockholm 1 may-24 may, wall stickers, prints and stamps. We sure hope you will like it!

The best exhibition I´ve seen in ages (at least since this one, New York, 2008) "Other Art" Konstmuseet Göteborg, 14 mars – 31 may, 2009. Afterwards, dinner at "Hos Pelle". What a luxury evening.

This is Jörgens shop, located in an old nail factory in Valbo/Sweden. Always good stuff laying around.

His been doing it for 19 years now, Jalmar. A monthly drawing.

Child´s art, found on a flea recently

This painting is made by a boy or girl (can´t interpret the signature) in class "4B". That means that he or she was about 10 when it was made. It´s a great painting. Reminds me a lot of Jockums art. You have to see it bigger, just click on it.

Not his birthday until june. But it is time for a party, a bath party next weekend. Took him one concentraded hour to make the invitation cards.
